There may not be anything that says "Hey you! Come over here and smooooooch me!" more than rosy pink lips. Which is why I nominate this pink lipstick and bare lids makeup look here on Annalynne McCord for Best Date Night Makeup Look Ever.
I actually don't think her lids are technically bare--I'm pretty sure there's a beige-y shadow hanging out around there--but the idea is that she doesn't really have any color on her eyes to compete with the lips.
Here's what you do: Think just a touch of liner, some mascara, a shadow that pretty much blends with your skin. Then hit your cheeks with a soft blush so you look all flirty. Then slick on a bold pink lipstick. A lipgloss will work, too, if that's your preference, but I'm personally loving the not-so-crazy-glossy effect of her lipstick here--keeps it from heading into tacky territory.
